"On Hmelnitchin test the Бук-M1 repaired the first in Ukraine SAM system. In one of antiaircraft rocket parts of Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine delivery acceptance tests of a surface-to-air missile missile system Бук-M1 intensively continue. These SAM systems - among the last samples of arms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine which repair was mastered at the enterprises of SC "Ukroboronprom". The complexity was that unlike many samples of arms and military equipment, the SAM system of this type was never developed and did not repair in Ukraine. Development of repair of surface-to-air missile missile systems in Ukraine induced specialists of SC "Ukroboronprom" to carry out not only the organization of repair work. On the basis of the analysis of appearance of these splinters clever men from the structure of the international commission drew a conclusion that the plane was shot down by a rocket from structure of the "Бук" SAM system (the military unit (MU) of one of its modifications is equipped with the steel striking elements in the form of "двутавр"). However, according to the developer, the initial mass of a splinter of the striking "двутавр" element is 8.1 g that more than twice exceeds maximum, calculated from the found splinter, the mass of allegedly found striking element. Therefore, a statement that the taken splinters are the striking rocket elements from structure of the "Бук" SAM system, most likely, incorrectly. As a result of the executed research it is established that the plane could not be struck with a weapon of destruction of domestic development and production.
During the research modeling of process of defeat of the plane at the attack from front and back hemispheres was executed. Results of modeling (taking into account functioning of not contact detonator) showed that on the nature of arrangement of fighting damages of the most probable the attack of the plane from a front hemisphere is. By criterion "the mass of a military unit" in the field of consideration four foreign rockets of the class "air-air" get:
- the french short-range missile like "Magic-2";
- the israeli short-range missile like "Shafrir";
- american "AIM-9" short-range missile;
- the israeli short-range missile like "Python" ("Python").
The first three rockets drop out of this list on the different bases (as a military unit and on the system of targeting), and here the fourth deserves separate consideration.

Therefore, from all nomenclature of the known foreign operated weapons of destruction to a complex of the established characteristics most there corresponds (taking into account a probable possibility of application) the Israeli rocket of the class "air-air" like "Phyton".

Why rebels or the russian military experts could not bring down Boeing, using only one СОУ for fighting work

Because to hit an air target at height near and more than 10.000 meters, at rebels (and the russian military experts), except that motor convoy which I listed at the beginning of article, at least, there had to be 4 more others fighting vehicles of the "Бук" complex and the car of ensuring its fighting work. To hide movement of such column at rebels from the large-size equipment, placement and fighting operation of these very large-size machines from comprehensive radio - radio engineering, optiko-and optical-electronic, thermal and radar observation "from above and from below" is impossible!

Therefore you will not find pictures from means of objective control - from screens of indicators/monitors of land means of radar investigation and automated control systems, with the imprinted moment of this start and flight of an "air-air" rocket. And here possibilities of means of space optical and/or optical-electronic reconnaissance can record traces of use of this weapon if to appear over the right place and in due time that "look and see". And, therefore, it is quite possible and also the option of use of onboard weapon occurs to percussions not only by the fighter or the fighter chameleon, but also the shock UAV. Now it is necessary to understand what rocket and gun arms could stand including on shock UAV which, perhaps, attacked malaysian Boeing. Here also the similarity of damages to opportunities of the used onboard arms which examples I showed earlier will be found.
2 Any modern land radar means (but not space means of optical-electronic investigation!) it is impossible to find flight of the SAM system rocket "near" and "mediocre" at its aiming at an air target.

Now modern ways of processing of radar information issue the picture after accumulation of response signals, their postprocessing and only then carry out delivery on screens (monitors) of information on an air situation. Only after such processing of the arriving signals. So far the digital computer of such radar station will "think" how to tie such trajectory and then to extrapolate its course and what to give out then on the indicator of an air situation / the monitor, the rocket will already perform a combat mission. For transfer of targeting used regular means of the command post of a zenith rocket regiment (division) of the "Бук" SAM system. Control of airspace was conducted also regular means of radar investigation. For check of readiness of all available СОУ around their possible fighting application used work on a real air target, not very well civil or military. For check of the channel of sublight of rockets on guidance stations used the educational operating rocket from the technical battery. Having submerged it on the transport and charging machine went from the battery to the battery and checked drawdown. Checked operation on the purpose, at some stage it seemed that work goes very slowly. Decided to accelerate and allowed to check work of stations of the podstvet (highlight) on all СОУ by means of the combat loaded missiles, at the same time checking the range of operation of conditions for missile launch. Each rocket can have it different, depending on storage life or its possible repair. At the same time American multi-purpose MQ-1C Grey Eagle UAV or Israeli "IAI Heron" without the switched-on transponder, using change of speed and the effective reflective surface (ЭОП) with Lyuneberg's lens, carried out a bait role (the live bait, spinners) for nonprofessionals of the Ukrainian air defenses with big problems in the organization of work of a national air defense system of Ukraine. For this purpose, patrolling around accident of the Boeing airplane of run MH17, represented existence in air of the Russian fighter, not responding the system of identification ""of-others" radar investigation of means and the automated control system to the requests (РЛР и АСУ) command posts of zenith rocket parts of the Ukrainian air defense system. The attack from air used onboard rocket and gun arms and blow of an anti-aircraft guided missile disorganized already killed Boeing 777 on pieces. And proofs of participation of zenith rocket divisions and aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and also fighting work on malaysian Boeing 777 of run MH17 of the american airplane chameleon or airplane chameleon of one of the countries of NATO or american (israeli) prospecting and shock UAVs without doubts are.

According to the expert, also satellites of Germany, France, Japan and some commercial satellites could record this moment.".
