1 июля в информационном центре «Юго-Восточный фронт» состоялось скайп-включение с Александром Сурниным из штаба ополчения Краматорска.

«Большинство информации, предоставляемой украинскими СМИ, является полным бредом, — заявил Александр Сурнин. — Не обращая внимания на здравый смысл, они сообщают, что мирные жители Донбасса „мечтают об освобождении от террористов“. Видимо они считают, что мы рады тому, что каратели бомбят нас из тяжёлых орудий. Вот и сегодня ночью в Краматорске была страшная ночь , — обстреливали центр города из артиллерийских орудий.

И самое страшное, что многие люди верят этому и у них складывается превратное мнение о том, что происходит здесь на самом деле».
