Поступление воды в Крым через Северо-Крымский канал практически полностью перекрыто временной плотиной. Об этом сообщают наблюдатели Организации по безопасности и сотрудничеству в Европе по итогам своих инспекций Херсонской области.
"Наблюдатели констатировали, что временная плотина, расположенная в нескольких километрах перед административной границей, практически полностью отрезала поступление воды в стороны Крыма", — приводит ИТАР-ТАСС выдержку из опубликованного доклада миссии.
В то же время "мониторы" сообщают, что власти Херсонской области уверяют их в обратном. "Местный чиновник проинформировал, что плотина повысила уровень воды в канале, обеспечив необходимый уровень для орошения посевов в южной части Херсонской области, но это не сказалось на водоснабжении Крыма", — сообщается в отчете миссии ОБСЕ.

The supply of water in Crimea through the North-Crimean channel is almost completely blocked by a temporary dam. This is reported by observers from the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe on the results of its inspections of Kherson region.
"Observers stated that the temporary dam, located a few kilometres before the administrative border, almost completely cut off the supply of water in the hand of the Crimea", - quotes ITAR-TASS extract from a published report of the mission.
At the same time, "the monitors said that the authorities of the Kherson region assure them back. "A local official said that the dam raised the water level in the channel ensuring the necessary level to irrigate crops in the southern part of Kherson region, but this did not affect the water supply of the Crimea", - is said in the report of the OSCE mission.
